2009 AVIATION AWARDS PROGRAM The Aviation Council is pleased to announce its 2009 Aviation Awards Program. The awards honor people and organizations that exemplify the highest standards of service or have made outstanding contributions to the state's air transportation system and the people they serve. The 2009 Awards will be presented at the awards luncheon on Thursday, October 8, 2009, in conjunction with the 29th Annual Pennsylvania Aviation Conference in Pittsburgh. Winners are notified in advance.
